Our Policies

 1. An acceptable, qualifying, current landlord or student housing reference is required. If you do not have this, we cannot and will not rent to you.

2. Deposit equal to the amount of one months rent must be placed at lease signing.  Your lease must be signed in person; we do not sign leases remotely.

   3. One year lease is required.

    4. No Dogs/No Rodent pets are allowed. A cat is allowed  with a $150 nonrefundable Cat Fee.

5. We do not rent our apartments sight unseen because,  unlike apartment complexes, each of our apartments are uniquely different. We want you to love your apartment so you must see it personally before you commit to renting it.  No exceptions to this policy!

6. In order to extend courtesy to our current tenants we schedule appointments with a minimum 48 hours in advance of the showing. If you are coming from out of town, please call us well in advance for an appointment.
