About Us

 We are Lynda and David Raymer.
We began our apartment business in 1988.
Our properties are in or near the
Historic Arts and Market District of
downtown Lafayette, Indiana.

David enjoys the restoration and maintenance work
and Lynda oversees leasing and tenant relations.
We are not an apartment management company that
manages other people's properties so when you interact with us
you are dealing directly with the owners who care about
you and your apartment.

Our 1 Bedroom apartments are reasonably priced.  

Several of our apartments have all utilities paid by us.
And unlike other firms, we only require a 5 month renewal notice.

For over 30 years we have provided pleasant, affordable apartments
for our tenants in beautifully restored historic buildings.
